About BOL Foods

BOL Foods is a London-based maker of plant-based convenience food, started in 2015 by Paul, a professional snowboarder who changed direction after a serious accident. The first range was fresh veg pots and salad jars. Today the brand sells its nutritionally complete Power Shakes directly online and supplies soups and pots to supermarkets. What BOL Foods sells Power Shakes: bottled meal shakes that BOL describes as 100% nutritionally complete, with at least 25g of protein per bottle, high fibre and naturally low sugar A mixed taster pack for trying several flavours before committing to a full 12-pack box Repeat Power Shake deliveries on a subscription that can be edited, skipped or cancelled from the customer account Power Soups and Power Pots, globally inspired one-pot meals that are sold in stores rather than through the web shop According to BOL's FAQ, every recipe is certified vegan by the Vegetarian Society, and the homepage labels the shakes dairy and gluten free. The FAQ names Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons and Ocado among its retail stockists, and the site has a store locator for finding a local supplier. Delivery and returns BOL's delivery page says UK delivery is free on orders of any value and travels by a tracked 48-hour express service with Royal Mail, FedEx or Evri. Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. The shop does not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isles of Scilly, the Hebrides, Orkney or Shetland. Because the shakes are perishable, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply, and opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are given for missing items, damaged boxes, parcels that never arrive and products not as described. BOL asks for photos of any problem and handles order queries at [email protected]. Ways to save at BOL Foods Subscribers get 10% off every Power Shake delivery (checked October 2026). Buyers of the taster pack receive 30% off their first full 12-pack box (checked October 2026). Subscription changes must be made before 10am, two days before the next delivery is due.
