About Bloom
Bouquets and stems
Bloom splits its range into designed gift bouquets, simpler everyday flowers and market flowers. Seasonal stems feature heavily: Italian ranunculus, porcelain white anemones, mimosa and frilled parrot tulips in green and white. Collections change around key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Easter.
Packaging and waste
Bloom describes itself as the first UK flower delivery service to go plastic-free. Every box and wrap is recyclable or compostable. Flowers are bought as bunches from growers, which the company says leaves no flower waste.
Ordering and delivery
Order before noon for next-day delivery, which is often free. Same-day delivery is also available, and there is a seven-day DPD courier service. Delivery is UK only, and there are no shops or collection points.
Flowers are perishable, so Bloom doesn't accept returns. If a bouquet arrives damaged or not as expected, contact customer service directly. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay. Regular customers can collect points through the Bloom Rewards scheme, and students and NHS staff can apply for a discount.
