Delivery options
Royal Mail delivers free to the UK mainland in 2 to 4 working days, and baskets over £40 get free 48-hour express instead. Faster paid choices are Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.99 and DPD next day for £4.99 if ordered by 3pm. Saturday delivery by DPD costs £6.99 when the order goes in before 3pm on Friday. Addresses in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands are charged £1.99, with a 2 to 5 working day wait. Abroad, the shop serves 32 countries for £5.99 to £9.99, with import VAT and handling charges paid by whoever receives the parcel.
Returns, step by step
1. Request the return no later than 30 days after the parcel arrives; unannounced returns are refused.
2. Items must still be sealed, unopened and unused, and return postage is yours to pay.
3. Once the shop has inspected them, money goes back to the original card or account in 5 to 7 business days.
Problems with faulty, damaged or wrong items need reporting within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges aren't offered.
