How ordering works
Systems are configured to your spec and assembled in an ISO-certified facility, with builds usually finished in two to three days. More than 10,000 components sit ready for next-day UK dispatch. Complete systems carry a three-year return-to-base warranty, while parts rely on their manufacturer's cover. Schools, public bodies and companies can open a business account. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.
Shipping beyond the UK
Orders go to Europe and worldwide. Businesses in the EU can buy VAT-free through the company's Irish subsidiary. Reusing and extending the life of working hardware is central to the business, which cuts down on waste.
