About Baby Tula

Baby Tula is a baby carrier brand that Ula Tuszewicka and Mike Pham co-founded in 2009. The ERGObaby Carrier, Inc. bought it in May 2016, and the brand remains a wholly owned Ergobaby subsidiary. Its UK store, which now calls itself simply Tula, is run by EBP Lifestyle Brands UK Limited (company 09997456) in Swindon. What Baby Tula sells Explore baby carriers, which take a child from newborn to toddler with three carrying positions, in cotton, linen and mesh Original baby carriers, formerly called Free-to-Grow, for front or back carrying from the newborn stage Kid toddler carriers for children aged 2 to 6, plus a Vintage carrier collection Baby wraps, ring slings, baby blankets and carrier accessories Prints change with each drop, and recent ones include Shadow Petals and Snow Cat. Tula also provides a free carrier fit consultation with its certified babywearing specialists and asks parents to get in touch about fitting problems before starting a return. Delivery and returns The UK store ships from the brand's EU warehouse and pays all taxes and duties, so nothing extra is due on arrival. Standard delivery to mainland UK costs £4.99 and takes 3 to 5 working days after 1 to 2 working days of processing, with free delivery on orders over £55. Parcels travel with DHL UK, or UPS Express to Northern Ireland, and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Items bought on babytula.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in like-new condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Returns must be booked through the returns portal, parcels without a Baby Tula label are refused, and the customer pays return postage. Refunds reach the original payment method within 2 weeks of the return arriving.
