About Baby Tula
Picking a carrier
The Explore adapts as a baby grows, from the newborn weeks into the toddler years, and offers three carry positions. It comes in cotton, linen and mesh versions. The Original, previously called Free-to-Grow, can be worn on the front or the back and is ready from birth. Bigger children ride in the Kid carrier, and there is a Vintage carrier collection. Ring slings, wraps, blankets and carrier accessories round out the shop. Prints change with each new release. If fit is a worry, Tula's certified babywearing specialists run free consultations.
Delivery to the UK
Orders leave the EU warehouse with DHL UK, or with UPS Express if going to Northern Ireland. Standard mainland shipping is £4.99 and becomes free above £55. Allow a day or two for processing, then 3 to 5 working days in transit. The store does not deliver to the Channel Islands or military bases. Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Sending things back
Anything bought on babytula.com has a 30-day return window. It must be like new, in the original packaging and sent with proof of purchase. Returns are booked through an online portal, and the customer covers the postage. Expect the refund within a fortnight of the return arriving, paid back to the original method.

Will I pay customs charges on a UK order?
No. Although parcels come from the EU warehouse, the store settles all taxes and duties in advance, so there is no extra bill on delivery.
Can I change a Baby Tula order after placing it?
No. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they go through, so check the carrier, print and delivery address before paying.
Are there places the UK store won't deliver?
Yes. It does not deliver to the Channel Islands or to military bases. Northern Ireland orders go by UPS Express instead of DHL.
Can I return a carrier bought from another retailer?
Not to Baby Tula. Its returns portal only handles purchases made on babytula.com; anything bought elsewhere goes back to the shop that sold it.
