Big-ticket baby kit
Pushchairs span full travel systems and lighter strollers for everyday outings. Car seats run from infant carriers to booster seats, covering children from birth to 12 years. Nursery furniture includes cots, wardrobes and changing units, and there are bedding, sleeping bags and trikes as well. Ickle Bubba and Puggle are stocked too.
Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Spend over £50 and delivery is free. Order by 9pm for next-day delivery when something is needed quickly. Exchanges have a long window. You get 365 days to swap an item for another size, colour or style. It must be unused and still in its original packaging. Refunds work to a shorter clock, within 30 days of receiving the order.
Paying and getting help
The Nursery Store accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, and Klarna lets parents spread the cost of a pram or travel system. Customer service works by email or a contact form and aims to reply within two to four working days. Allow time for questions well before a due date. Orders go to UK addresses only.
