About AXS

What you can book

Music listings run from small club gigs to stadium concerts. Sport covers football, boxing and basketball, among others. Theatre takes in West End productions, touring musicals, plays and dance, and there are comedy nights and family events too. Tickets come straight from venues and promoters, which avoids the risks of unofficial resale sites.

How Mobile ID works

Mobile ID shows a barcode that refreshes every 59 seconds for security. At the door, the phone is scanned for entry. Tickets can be passed to friends through the app right up to showtime. If plans change, tickets can be listed on AXS Official Resale, where the price is capped at 10% above face value.

Refunds and payment

Tickets are generally non-refundable and can't be exchanged. Refunds usually apply only when an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, and each event has its own terms. The London-based customer service team helps by phone, email and live chat. AXS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
