Groceries and own-label ranges
Fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, dairy and bakery sit alongside a deep stock of tins, jars and household basics. Own-label lines run from everyday staples up to the premium Extra Special range, which helps when you want to trade up or down on particular items. Beyond food, George sells clothing for babies, children and adults.
What delivery costs
A standard delivery slot costs up to £7. Regular shoppers can buy a Delivery Pass from £3.50 a month for midweek slots or £6.50 for any day, or pay yearly at £35 or £65; pass orders under £40 pick up an extra charge. Click+Collect costs £3, or nothing once your order passes £25.
Returns, payment and rewards
If groceries disappoint on quality, take them back to a store. George clothes have a 100-day return window, online orders can go back to any ASDA store, and refunds go to the original payment method. ASDA takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and its own gift cards. The ASDA Rewards app builds a cashback balance from missions and selected products, and Blue Light Card holders can verify in the app for a discount.
