About APPEARANZ
Choosing a system
The base is the first decision. LaVivid offers lace, skin, mono and hybrid bases, with breathability and a secure hold as the aims. Next come colour, texture and density, which decide how closely the unit matches your own hair. Full replacement systems and partial toupees are both sold, and bespoke options suit individual needs. Units use human hair for a natural feel.
Ordering from the UK
LaVivid ships to the UK and worldwide. Free shipping starts above a minimum spend set in US dollars, so check the total at checkout. The 45-day return guarantee lets you try a unit, though it is worth reading the conditions on the website first. Payment by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal goes through an encrypted checkout.
Support and rewards
The customer service team works 9am to 3pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, by phone or at [email protected]. The LaVivid Rewards scheme turns points earned on purchases into store credit and other perks, and a Share and Earn programme also runs.
