About Adday Wellness

Adday Wellness is a British brand of total diet replacement foods, launched in 2021 by Roger Wertheim-Aymes as a sister brand to AYMES. The online shop is a trading name of AYMES International Limited (Companies House 06603123), a dietetic food company registered in Leek, Staffordshire. Its range is built for low-calorie plans in which shakes, soups, porridges and bars stand in for everyday meals. What Adday Wellness sells Meal-replacement shakes in flavours such as banana, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate orange Savoury soups, including spicy carrot, green vegetable, and tomato and red pepper Porridges in golden syrup, apple and cinnamon, and creamy original Protein bars in chocolate with caramel, mint or sea salt, plus a bar discovery pack Taster packs, one-week and four-week bundles, a shaker, Fibre Complex and Complete+ hydration and nutrition drinks Adday's FAQ describes a typical plan lasting four months: three months at 800 to 900 kcal a day, with four Adday servings replacing all meals, then a month of reintroducing ordinary food. The brand says this mirrors the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme, and it asks people with diabetes to consult a healthcare professional before starting. According to Adday, the whole range is vegetarian and halal, the bars and soups are vegan, and the bars contain peanuts. Delivery and returns Adday delivers only to UK addresses, using a tracked service. Orders leave within one business day of payment and take 2 to 3 business days to arrive, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays; the taster pack and bundle pages advertise free UK delivery. Opened packs cannot be returned because the products are food. If an order arrives wrong, broken or faulty, Adday sends a replacement; customer care handles this by email at [email protected], by phone on 0800 321 3932 or through live chat. Ways to save at Adday Wellness Regular customers can subscribe to repeat orders at a lower price, and the shop sells taster packs and multi-week bundles for trying the range first (checked October 2026).
