T-shirts, shirts and cargo trousers fill out the everyday side. Bags and accessories sit next to the Millbank Series and the Core collection, and the label has worked with Salomon on a collaboration. UK visitors see prices in sterling, with euro and US dollar versions of the shop also available.
Delivery and returns at a glance
- DPD handles UK orders, and every parcel needs a signature. The standard service is £6.99 and arrives in 1 to 3 working days.
- Express next-working-day delivery is £9.99, and a Saturday slot is £11.99. Order by 3pm on a weekday for either.
- Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man pay £19.99, with delivery in 2 to 3 working days.
- PO boxes and BFPO addresses can't be used, and no spend level unlocks free delivery.
Returns have to be requested by email within 28 days of receiving the order, before anything goes in the post. Items need to be unworn, tagged and in their original packaging. The buyer pays postage, and a tracked, insured service is advised. Once the parcel lands at the warehouse, the refund goes back to the original payment method in up to 7 working days. Exchanges are limited to another size of the same piece.
Good to know
The trading company, A-COLD-WALL* Limited, is registered in England and Wales. Tomorrow Ltd backed the label from 2017 and became its sole owner once Ross sold his stake, a trade report said in February 2024. If something arrives faulty, contact customer service before sending it back.
