Bamboo chopping boards can be engraved, glasses can carry a name or date, and slate plaques serve as memorials for people or pets. Framed prints and fabric face masks can also be customised. For offices, soft-touch pens printed with a logo or a line of text make simple promotional giveaways or thank-you gifts.

Getting your design right

The online editor lets you upload a picture, type your wording and see a preview of the result before ordering. JPEG and PNG files both work, along with most other common image formats. Use the highest-resolution photo you have, because sharper originals print more cleanly. Check spelling carefully at the preview stage, since each piece is made specifically for you.

Delivery, returns and payment

Standard UK delivery takes five to seven working days, and an express service is available if the date is tight. Orders can also go overseas. Because each item is made to order, personalised products cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty.
