What's in the range
Cool boxes are the headline item. Hard-sided Tundra and Roadie models suit trips away, while Hopper soft coolers come as totes and backpacks. For ice, there is the TANK bucket plus packs you can refreeze and reuse. Drinkware sits under the Rambler name: bottles, mugs, tumblers and jugs. Yonder bottles and a flask add lighter options. Gear bags include waterproof Panga duffels, Camino carryalls and LoadOut buckets. Camp extras run to Hondo beach chairs, food storage and a cast-iron skillet. Some Rambler pieces can be personalised.
LoadOut buckets, Rambler drinkware and the hard coolers carry a five-year warranty. Soft bags from the Hopper, Panga and Camino ranges get three years. UK claims go through YETI (Europe) Limited in London.
Delivery and returns at a glance
- Standard delivery costs £3.99 and is free over £50. England and Wales take 2 to 3 working days; elsewhere allow up to 5.
- Next-working-day delivery is £5.99 for England and Wales. Order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday. Northern Ireland is excluded.
- Most orders leave within a working day. Some items can go to a DPD Pickup point, and the biggest coolers use a specialist courier.
- Unused items in the original packaging can come back within 30 days via the online returns portal, which is free.
- There are no exchanges, and personalised items cannot be returned. Money goes back to the card or account you paid with, not as store credit.

Is there next-day delivery from YETI UK?
Yes, for England and Wales only. It costs £5.99, and the order needs to go in by 2pm, Monday to Thursday. Northern Ireland addresses cannot use it.
Can I swap a YETI product for a different colour?
No. YETI does not process exchanges. Send the unused item back within 30 days for a refund, then place a new order for the colour you want.
Does YETI sell gift cards?
Yes, the UK store sells gift cards, which suit anyone unsure which cooler or bottle the recipient would pick.
What happens if a YETI cooler develops a fault?
Raise a warranty claim with the Outfitter team, which usually responds in 2 to 3 business days. If it is accepted, you post the item back with an authorisation number and YETI repairs or replaces it.
