How redemption and refunds work
After buying, your purchase arrives by email straight away. Some offers need you to book with the merchant, while others apply automatically, and instructions come with each one. Every purchase has an expiry date, and expired ones can't be used or refunded. A no-quibble guarantee lets you get your money back within 14 days on anything unredeemed. After that, Wowcher gives Wowcher Wallet credit instead.
