About Wholesale Hearing
Choosing a hearing aid
The site lets you filter by feature, which helps if you already know you want something like smartphone connectivity. Styles run from discreet in-ear models to more powerful behind-the-ear devices. Guides explaining how ordering works and how to pick the right aid walk first-time buyers through the process. The Signia IX line sits alongside the Phonak, Resound and Sphere ranges.
Who it suits
It suits adults comfortable buying online who already know their hearing needs, or who have a recent test result to work from. Ordering from home also suits anyone who would rather not visit a high-street clinic. The company sells online only, from its base in Liverpool. First-time users may want to book a hearing test before choosing a model.
Delivery, returns and extras
Hearing aids ship free across the UK in discreet packaging, and international delivery is available. A 60-day money-back guarantee gives time to try a device in daily life. The shop runs a Price Match Promise. Blue Light Card holders in the NHS, healthcare or armed forces can get a discount. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted.
