About Watch Enclave
What's on the shelves
Stock runs from dress watches for formal occasions to tougher sports models and bolder statement pieces. The stock is refreshed regularly, mixing new arrivals with timeless classics. Collectors can also look out for more unusual pieces. Watch Enclave says it sources only genuine watches and calls itself an authorised UK retailer. Each watch is inspected before dispatch, which matters when you are buying a high-value item unseen.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Next-day delivery is free across the UK, and international shipping is also offered. If a watch is not right, returns and exchanges are free within 30 days. The two-year warranty applies to every watch sold. Watch Enclave gift cards are an option when you are unsure which model someone would like.
Paying and getting help
Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, with Klarna also on offer. Customer support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 UK time, by email or WhatsApp. New arrivals are posted on its Facebook and Instagram pages.
