Eye tests and appointments
Appointments cover adult eye tests, children's eye tests and contact lens check-ups. Anyone eligible for an NHS test pays nothing, and other customers pay from £25. Staff give straightforward advice through each step, from the test to choosing frames.
Frames, lenses and smart glasses
The glasses range includes designer frames and lightweight, flexible CTX frames. Prescription sunglasses cover sunny days, and contact lenses come with the solutions and care products to match. Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses bring smart features to a classic frame. Old spectacles can be handed in to a recycling programme.
Ordering, collecting and returns
Contact lenses are delivered free, while glasses are generally collected from a store. Click and collect is available, and high-value items such as smart glasses use a secure PIN delivery service. A 100-day satisfaction guarantee allows exchanges or refunds if new glasses are not right. Students get a discount on glasses, and NHS and military staff can use Blue Light Card or Gocertify. The Eyecare Plan and Complete Contact Care schemes add savings for regular customers. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or finance options.
