About Vinyl Castle
Formats on the shelves
Records get the most attention, with sections for new releases, genres, release years, chart titles and hand-picked highlights. CDs cover albums across genres, and a separate cassette section serves tape collectors. Film fans can pick up DVDs and Blu-rays. The tech pages hold turntables, speakers and headphones, so you can buy a player and the music from the same shop.
How pre-orders work
Unreleased titles can be ordered ahead and are dispatched so they land on release day. Vinyl Castle also protects pre-order buyers: if the price drops before release, you're charged the lower amount automatically. You'll never pay more than the figure shown when you ordered. In-stock items carry a 'Buy' button and go out straight away.
Before you order
Delivery costs nothing once the basket reaches £20. International shipping isn't listed, so this is a shop for UK addresses. The shop's details don't include a returns policy, so contact customer service if something needs to go back. The same team handles changes to existing orders. A wishlist lets you save titles for later. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted.
