About Viaduct Clothing

Viaduct Clothing is an online-only sportswear and casualwear retailer based in Reddish, Stockport, run by what its about page calls "a family of born-and-bred Stopfordians". The company behind it, Viaduct Clothing Ltd (Companies House 12451635), was incorporated on 10 February 2020, and the Shopify store describes its stock as deadstock clothing from established sportswear labels. What Viaduct Clothing sells Men's jackets and coats, hoodies and sweats, track pants, tracksuits, shorts, shirts and jerseys Women's tops and T-shirts, leggings, shorts, sports bras and vests, hoodies and jackets Trainers and accessories Labels including adidas Originals, Champion, Ellesse, Kappa, Luke 1977, New Balance, Nike, Puma, Reebok and Under Armour Delivery and returns UK orders go out by Royal Mail Tracked and arrive in 2 to 3 working days, excluding bank holidays, though the shipping policy warns that some can take longer. Next-day delivery with DPD costs £5.99 for orders placed before 2pm, and the policy notes that next day is not a guaranteed service. The store also ships to most countries abroad, with overseas prices quoted by email rather than listed. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving an item by emailing the store, and parcels sent back without an agreed return are refused. Clothing needs to be unworn, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Reduced-price items and gift cards cannot be returned, and an exchange works as a return followed by a fresh order. Defective, damaged or wrong items should be reported by email straight away. Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, according to the store's FAQ.
