About Thistle hotels
Picking a hotel
The London hotels each suit a different kind of trip. The Tower Hotel puts you beside Tower Bridge and the river. The hotel near Piccadilly Circus suits a busy sightseeing break, while Kensington Gardens offers a greener setting. Bloomsbury Park, Holborn and The Marble Arch Hotel round out the central options. For flights, the Heathrow Terminal 5 hotel and Thistle Express Luton are the practical choices.
Booking direct
Booking on the Thistle website enrols you automatically in its loyalty programme. Members get access to member-only rates on selected stays, plus perks and seasonal experiences. Several hotels also have venues for meetings, events and weddings, which is worth knowing if you're planning a group stay.
Before you book
Cancellation rules depend on the hotel, so read the terms shown when you book. Parking also varies by hotel. At the Terminal 5 hotel, for example, there are 460 parking spaces. Each costs £18.00 a night per car if booked together with your room. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The group publishes an Animal Welfare Policy Statement and a Modern Slavery Statement covering its operations and supply chain.
