What's on the shelves

Laundry is the biggest part of the range. Next to detergent and washing powder sit fabric conditioners, scent boosters, a gentle wash for delicates and a fragranced water for the iron. For the rest of the house, Terréa makes room mists, sprays for bedding and soft furnishings, and cards that perfume a wardrobe. The kitchen side covers washing-up liquid, a floor cleaner and surface sprays. For hands there is a gel wash and a balm for dry skin.

Boxed sets group several products by theme: laundry, cleaning or scent. The brand also runs subscriptions and a referral programme, and calls its approach "the art of slow care".

Delivery and returns at a glance

• UK delivery is £5.99, or free once the basket reaches £40.
• Weekday orders in by 2pm UK time leave that day where possible; later ones go the next working day.
• Europe costs £9 and the US or Canada £15, each with a separate, higher free-delivery level. Import duties may be added.
• Terréa will not deliver to parcel lockers, PO boxes, BFPO or freight forwarders.
• To send something back, tell Terréa within 14 days, counted from the day after it arrives, then post it within another 14 days. Change-of-mind postage is down to the buyer.
• Opened liquids, sprays and fragrances only come back if faulty, and there are no swaps.
