About TEKshop
The range
Laptops make up a large share, covering home, business and gaming use from Dell, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS and MSI. There are 2-in-1s and Chromebooks too. Desktops follow the same split. Upgraders will find NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards. Monitors run from 22 inches to 32 inches and above, in Full HD, Quad HD, 4K and ultrawide formats. For gaming there are PlayStation and Xbox consoles and handheld devices like the Legion Go, MSI Claw and ROG Ally. Android and Microsoft Surface tablets complete the mix.
New, open box or refurbished
Many items come in more than one condition: brand new, open box or refurbished. Refurbished machines are checked, cleaned and brought back to full working order. They are then graded from A, meaning like new, down to C, which shows visible wear. Each listing describes its grade, and refurbished products carry a warranty. Choosing refurbished also keeps working tech in use and cuts electronic waste.
Delivery and returns
Next day delivery is available on the UK mainland, mainly with DPD; confirm the delivery cost for your order at checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna. Students who verify with a student email address at checkout get a discount.
Sustainability at TEKshop
Refurbished tech extends product life and reduces electronic waste.
