About Sykes Cottages
Choosing a property
Searches can be narrowed by destination, dates and specific needs, and each listing sets out facilities, parking, directions and nearby attractions. Many homes hold Tourist Board ratings. Thousands are dog-friendly, which helps if the family pet is coming along.
Couples can pick from romantic retreats, and families can look at holiday parks with activities on site. Glamping fans will find shepherd's huts and luxury pods. Last-minute availability is listed too.
Booking and cancellations
Bookings can be made online around the clock, and the Holiday Experience team takes new enquiries by phone. Confirmation arrives by email, and property details and access information are sent before arrival. Cancellation terms depend on the property, and selected homes offer flexible booking. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted.
Extras worth knowing
If the same property is listed for less elsewhere, Sykes will match that price. The Sykes app holds the Bloom rewards scheme, with perks and prizes for app users. Existing bookings can be managed through the app or the online customer portal. Discounts are available to students, armed forces personnel and NHS workers, and gift cards are sold.
