Sweet Cheeks
Sweet Cheeks is a young Poole company making toilet paper and facial tissues from sugarcane bagasse. That is the fibre that remains once the juice is squeezed out. Rolls come in 3-ply or a plusher 5-ply, boxed in bulk, and can be bought once or on repeat delivery. Homes and workplaces across the UK can order, but nothing ships abroad.

About Sweet Cheeks
Choosing a box
- 3-ply rolls: boxes of 12, 24 or 48
- 5-ply rolls, thicker and softer: boxes of 24
- Facial tissues: packs of 6 or 12 boxes
- Kitchen roll: listed as coming soon
- Bulk orders for offices and other workplaces, via the shop's For Business pages
Sweet Cheeks says each roll is double the length of a standard one and contains no plastic. It also breaks up within 4 seconds of being flushed. Bagasse is a leftover of sugar production that would otherwise be burnt or dumped in landfill, according to the brand. Georgia Hart and a partner, Donovan, founded the business, and the company was incorporated in June 2025. More than 1,000 people subscribe, the homepage claims.
Delivery and refunds
Standard UK delivery is a flat £6.99 an order; most parcels turn up within 1 to 5 working days. Order 10 or more boxes and the charge drops away at checkout automatically. DPD is one of the couriers, and a tracking link is emailed once the parcel leaves. Big trade orders may come as several parcels.
Returns are not accepted, unopened boxes included. If something arrives damaged, short or not as described, a refund is due. Send photos of the parcel and the order number to [email protected]. Shopperazzi shows the current Sweet Cheeks range and delivery costs next to each other.
Sweet Cheeks FAQs
What is the difference between Sweet Cheeks 3-ply and 5-ply?
The 5-ply roll is the thicker, softer choice and comes in boxes of 24. The 3-ply comes in 12, 24 and 48-roll boxes, so it suits smaller or larger stock-ups.
When does Sweet Cheeks delivery become free?
Once an order reaches 10 boxes. Below that, standard UK delivery costs £6.99 for each order and usually takes 1 to 5 working days.
Will Sweet Cheeks take back an unwanted box?
No, not even unopened ones. Refunds are reserved for parcels that turn up damaged or incomplete, or with items that are wrong or not as described.
Can businesses buy Sweet Cheeks in bulk?
Yes. Offices and other workplaces can order larger quantities through the shop's For Business pages, and big trade orders may be delivered as several parcels.
Is Sweet Cheeks toilet paper plastic-free?
Sweet Cheeks says so. The rolls are made from sugarcane bagasse with no plastic, and the brand says they break up within 4 seconds of a flush.
