About Sova
The main formulas
Ovastart is the flagship PCOS product. It combines Myo and D-Chiro inositol with zinc, active B vitamins and Quatrefolic B9, packed in a powder stick designed to dissolve quickly. Sugar Balance is aimed at metabolic support, and Omega supplies DHA and EPA. For hair, Sova makes a Hair & Scalp serum. Other products address stress, anxiety, sleep and skin.
Who it suits
Sova is built for women managing PCOS symptoms such as acne, unwanted hair growth or insulin resistance, and for those trying to conceive. The brand describes its formulas as clean and science-backed. If you take prescribed medication, check with a GP or pharmacist before adding supplements.
