About Slimpod Gold

Slimpod Gold, spearheaded by its visionary founder Sandra Roycroft-Davis, offers a unique and scientifically backed approach to weight loss. Sandra, a distinguished Harley Street behavioural change specialist, is not only the creator of the Slimpod programme but also a Sunday Times bestselling author and an influential voice in public health, contributing to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Obesity and Public Health England’s sugar reduction initiative. The programme's effectiveness is further enhanced by Trevor Silvester, the voice of the Slimpods and a pioneer in cognitive hypnotherapy, ensuring a deeply transformative experience for users. This expertise underpins the entire Slimpod Gold offering, making it a trusted name in health and wellness. The Slimpod Programme: How it Works The core of the Slimpod Gold programme is its simplicity and efficacy. Requiring just nine minutes a day, it works by retraining your brain to instinctively make healthier food choices, eat less, and enjoy increased physical activity. This innovative method bypasses the need for traditional dieting, willpower, or calorie counting, which often lead to temporary results and frustration. Instead, Slimpod Gold focuses on creating lasting behavioural change, helping individuals develop a positive and sustainable relationship with food. It’s a holistic approach that empowers you to take control of your eating habits naturally. Clinically Proven & Medically Endorsed Slimpod Gold stands out for its robust clinical backing and medical endorsement. Its success has been validated through rigorous clinical trials and has been showcased on national television programmes such as Channel 4’s 'How To Lose Weight Well' and ITV Tonight. A notable achievement includes a partnership with Tameside Hospital, where Slimpod helped create a sugar-free environment and earned a prestigious NHS Sustainability Award. This real-world impact, combined with overwhelmingly positive reviews on Trustpilot, underscores Slimpod Gold's credibility and effectiveness as a leading online weight loss programme in the UK and beyond.
