About Slimming World
How the boxes work
Every week there are 18 recipes to choose from, and you can order up to five kits at a time. The menu mixes speedy midweek meals with family dinners, and vegetarian and vegan dishes appear each week. All the ingredients count as Free Food under the plan, which covers things like lean meat, fish, pasta, rice, plant-based proteins and vegetables. Portions arrive measured, so very little is left over to throw away.
Who it suits
The service makes most sense for people already following Slimming World who want help sticking to the plan on busy nights. It also works for anyone who enjoys cooking but finds weekly meal planning a chore. The subscription is flexible, and you pick recipes week by week.
