Getting it to the UK
Shipping costs £4, and orders over £45 travel free. Allow 11 to 15 days, since parcels leave Korea with Deleo Korea or YunExpress and a UK courier handles the last stretch. VAT at 20% is already built into prices for parcels up to £135. If a courier still asks for a charge on the doorstep, keep the receipt. SkinSeoul repays it as store credit if you claim within 30 days.
Sending things back
Change-of-mind returns are tight. Items must be unopened with the seal unbroken, you must ask within 7 days of buying, and you pay every return cost. Faulty or damaged products are treated differently. Email the support team with pictures and a video of the problem. Then post the item back inside 5 days for a replacement or a full refund, with return postage covered. Refunds reach a card in 7 to 14 working days, or a PayPal account in 3 to 5.
