About Schuh
Brands and styles
Schuh stocks big international names as well as smaller labels, so it works for comparing several brands in one place. Trainers are a large part of the offer, but there are also boots, sandals and formal shoes, plus seasonal styles. Kids' shoes are covered as well as adult sizes.
Getting your shoes
Order by 10pm for next-day delivery, or use the free standard service if you can wait. Click and collect works at every Schuh shop, and orders are usually ready within two hours. Schuh also sends orders abroad. Klarna and Clearpay sit alongside cards and PayPal at checkout.
Returns and extras
Unworn shoes in their original condition can be returned free for up to 365 days after purchase. Students can get a discount after checking in with a student ID or UNiDAYS, and NHS and military staff have their own scheme. The Schuh Club loyalty programme collects points on purchases. Gift cards are sold, but Schuh does not price match.
