About rubiconwatches
Brands and ranges
The shop carries Seiko, Casio, Timex, Rotary, Sekonda, Pulsar, Lorus, Accurist, Ted Baker, Guess Collection and GC. Men's, women's and children's styles are all stocked, so it works for a first watch as well as an upgrade. Clocks, replacement straps and jewellery are sold alongside the watches.
The guarantee
As an authorised retailer, Rubicon sells genuine stock. Each purchase carries the manufacturer's two-year guarantee, which the team stamps and checks before the parcel leaves. Keep the paperwork safe, as it is your proof if the watch needs attention later. If you lose the instructions, downloadable guides for brands such as Seiko, Sekonda, Rotary and Timex are on the Rubicon website.
Delivery and payment
UK delivery costs nothing on any order and is handled by Royal Mail. If nobody is home, Royal Mail leaves a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. Rubicon doesn't ship abroad. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are the payment options, and customer service can be reached by phone or email.
