Rohan
Rohan designs outdoor and travel clothing for men and women. Paul and Sarah Howcroft started it in Skipton, Yorkshire, in 1972, and it now has 50 UK shops alongside its website. Five ideas shape every garment: it should protect, stay light, pack small, be easy to care for and work in many settings. It suits walkers and travellers who want kit that dries fast and survives a suitcase.

About Rohan
The kit
Waterproof jackets and insulated winter coats handle the weather. Walking trousers, shirts and tops cover the miles in between. For layering, Rohan's mid layers are antimicrobial and wick moisture, and its base layers come in merino wool or synthetic fabrics. Most pieces are machine washable and quick-drying, so they cope well with life on the road.
