About Rit Concept
The range
Seating is the core. Sofas run from two-seaters up to four-plus-seat models, with corner, curved, modular and sofa-bed styles too. Armchairs, dining and office chairs, stools and benches fill out that side. Tables cover dining, coffee, side, bedside, console and dressing styles. Storage runs from TV stands and sideboards to wine cabinets and wardrobes. Beds, garden furniture, wall art, wallpaper and homeware such as glassware and bedding complete it.
The business began in 2018 with one armchair design, the Pumkim. It now belongs to the Concept Furniture Group, alongside DC Concept, Weilai Concept and Le Di Vita. Swatches cover velvet, bouclé, linen, corduroy, suede, leather, Leathaire and sintered stone. Ordering one is sensible before a big sofa.
Delivery, collection and returns
Standard mainland delivery arrives in five to eight days, at no charge above £100; smaller orders pay £9.90. Express in one to four days is also £9.90, and a named delivery day is £59. Deliveries run Monday to Friday. Off-mainland, overseas and some oversized orders are quoted individually. An order can be held at no charge for up to 60 days, or picked up from the N17 warehouse on a weekday.
Anything sent back must leave within 14 days of arrival. The buyer either books a courier or pays Rit Concept to collect it. That fee depends on the item's price, and packing can add up to £90 a piece. Pieces bought from clearance, made to order or sold from the warehouse cannot come back. Damage needs reporting within 48 hours, and a 10% charge applies if a confirmed order is cancelled.
Rit Concept FAQs
Can Rit Concept furniture be seen in person before buying?
Yes. Its warehouse showroom on Millmead Road, Tottenham, is open on weekdays from 09:30 to 17:00. Online buyers can instead order swatch samples of fabrics, leathers and sintered stone.
What does Rit Concept charge to pick up a return?
The collection fee runs from £5 to £169, set by what the item cost. Packing and handling can add up to £90 per piece. Buyers can avoid the fee by booking their own courier within 14 days.
Can Rit Concept keep an order until a buyer is ready?
Yes. Orders can be stored free for up to 60 days, which helps anyone waiting on a move-in date. Collection from the London warehouse on a weekday is another option.
When does Rit Concept answer messages?
Email to [email protected] and WhatsApp chat are both covered from 09:00 to 17:30, seven days a week. The showroom itself keeps shorter, weekday-only hours.
