Renogy
Renogy sells off-grid solar equipment for boats, cabins, sheds, caravans and motorhomes. RNG UK Energy Limited runs the British store, which charges in pounds and ships from Manchester and Bolton warehouses. Panels, lithium batteries, inverters and charge controllers can be bought separately or as matched kits. The brand traces back to 2010, when students at Louisiana State University began it as a project.

About Renogy
Building a system
Panel choices start with rigid ShadowFlux models built to handle shading, plus bifacial N-type panels. Flexible sheets, solar blankets and fold-up suitcase kits are there too. The LiFePO4 batteries come in 12V and 24V, with the Core Mini and Pro lines plus self-heating models for winter use. Power conversion is handled by MPPT charge controllers, DC-DC chargers, inverter chargers and pure sine wave inverters. Cables, fuses, connectors, brackets, shunts and battery monitors finish the job. Ready-made kits for motorhomes, caravans and off-grid sites pair panels and batteries with an inverter. Bluetooth models can be checked from a phone through the Renogy app or its ONE Core hub.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Look for the qualifying label on a product page: those items travel free to mainland UK addresses. Allow one or two business days for processing. A parcel then takes two to four days with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel or similar. Pallet loads need 3 to 10 business days. Northern Ireland costs at least £50 extra. Renogy can't deliver to the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Jersey, Guernsey or PO boxes.
To send something back, get an RMA number from the service team inside 30 days. The item has to be unused, unaltered and still boxed. Batteries are stricter, with a 14-day limit for unused units. Money comes back 7 to 10 business days after Renogy receives the parcel.

Renogy FAQs
How long does a Renogy parcel take to arrive?
Expect one or two business days of processing, then two to four days with the courier. Pallet deliveries take between 3 and 10 business days.
Can I return a battery I've used?
Only within limits. A never-used lithium, AGM or gel battery can go back within 14 days. Lightly used ones may face a charge of 10 to 15 percent.
Does Renogy sell complete kits?
Yes. Its motorhome, caravan and off-grid bundles group solar panels, batteries and an inverter, which saves matching the parts yourself.
Who pays return postage?
If you simply changed your mind, the postage is yours to pay. Renogy pays when the item arrived faulty or damaged, or wasn't what you ordered.
