Raishma is the London occasionwear label of designer Raishma Islam. She spent over 15 years in couture before moving into ready-to-wear in 2013. Collections to browse
The London line focuses on hand-beaded gowns, saree gowns, midis and jumpsuits for formal events. The Studio line is more relaxed, with printed maxis, co-ords, knitwear and pieces in velvet or corduroy. Bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses sit in their own section. There are also silk pieces, jackets, coats and suits. For children, printed dresses and co-ords include mother-and-daughter sets. A printed lookbook can also be requested, and it arrives by post each month free of charge.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Allow between 2 and 3 working days for an order to leave, with no processing at weekends or on bank holidays. Royal Mail Tracked 48 then needs between 4 and 6 working days and is free above £150. Tracked 24 is quicker, at between 1 and 2 working days. Overseas parcels need a signature and take between 8 and 15 working days, and the buyer covers customs charges. Items can come back within 28 days in saleable condition, tagged and in the original packaging. Sending back an entire order costs a £5 handling fee. Refunds are processed in between 10 and 12 working days, and exchanges are possible.

Yes. Brides can choose from gowns made for the day, and there are dresses for bridesmaids and outfits for guests. Black-tie and festive styles suit other formal events.
What happens if I return my whole order?
Raishma deducts £5 from the refund to cover handling. UK customers can book a subsidised tracked return through the online portal or use their own courier.
How long does a refund take?
Raishma processes refunds in between 10 and 12 working days. After that, the bank may need a further three to five working days.
Does Raishma post abroad?
Yes, using Royal Mail, Asendia or DHL. Expect between 8 and 15 working days, a signature on arrival and customs charges paid by the buyer.
