No. UK parcels leave a warehouse in Britain. Orders for Australia, New Zealand and the US are the ones sent from New Zealand.
Can I return a RAESO product I have already opened?
Yes, within 30 days of buying, as long as each item is at least half full. To begin, send an email to [email protected]; postage on change-of-mind returns is yours to pay.
Is RAESO the same brand as RAAIE?
Yes. Former beauty editor Katey Mandy started the label in New Zealand as RAAIE, and it switched to the RAESO name in 2026.
