About Pup & Kit
Inside the range
Comfort comes first, with dog beds and blankets for lounging at home. Walking gear covers collars, leads and harnesses chosen for safety as much as looks. Then there are toys to keep dogs busy, grooming bits for bath day and accessories for car journeys and trips away.
Many items can go in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, though care instructions differ by product. Most harnesses adjust, and measuring your dog's chest before ordering helps you pick the right size. The shop says it favours sustainable materials and ethical production.
Delivery, returns and payment
UK delivery is free once your basket passes £40, and standard parcels arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Pup & Kit takes Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Gift cards are not on offer.
Extras
The Paws & Perks club shares member offers and news. NHS workers can get a discount too. For help with an order, the team answers the phone on weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
