About Public Desire
Shoes first, then the outfit
Footwear is the heart of the range. Party heels sit next to ankle boots, flats, sandals and trainers, so a single order can cover nights out and everyday wear. The clothing side is smaller but handy for finishing a look: dresses, co-ord sets, loungewear and basic separates. New pieces arrive as the seasons and trends change.
Ordering and sending things back
Standard delivery within the UK is free, with express and next-day services if you need shoes for a particular date. Public Desire also ships to most countries abroad, with prices and timings set by destination. If something doesn't fit, you have 28 days from delivery to send it back. Pairs and garments need to be unworn, with tags still on.
Paying and getting help
Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, and you can spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay. Gift cards are available. Students can verify through Student Beans for a discount, and there are schemes for NHS and military staff too. There is no phone line, so questions go to the customer service team by email.
