Barbell Hex Deadlift & Shrug Bar

Improve your deadlifts, shrugs and pulls with the York Barbell Multi-Hex Deadlift / Shrug Bar - a specialist strength training bar designed to support safer, more controlled lifting. Ideal for both home and commercial gym environments, this multi-hex bar helps reduce strain on the lower back while allowing you to lift heavier loads with confidence.. The hexagonal frame positions the weight around your body rather than in front, encouraging a more upright posture during deadlifts and shrugs. This design makes it a popular choice for lifters looking to target the legs, glutes, traps and posterior chain while minimising stress on the spine.. Built with durability in mind, the York Multi-Hex Bar is suitable for Olympic weight plates and is ideal for a wide range of compound exercises, including deadlifts, shrugs, farmer’s walks and loaded carries. Whether you’re progressing strength, improving technique or adding variety to your training, this versatile bar is a valuable addition to any serious lifting setup.
