Old Brandy Barrel Rye Whiskey

70cl / 43% - Possibly the first whiskey of any stripe to be aged in an American peach brandy barrel, this rye from Whistlepig has gained sweet almond, marzipan and apricot jam notes on the nose, while the palate retains the rye spice you would hope for, aided by generous peach juice. The potential for cocktails is mouthwatering.
