Proform Philadelphia Brick Trowel

The W. Rose Proform Philadelphia Brick Trowel in the 12" blade length is the go-to choice for experienced bricklayers looking to move more mortar with every load. The longer 12" square-heel Philadelphia blade maximises mortar capacity, making it highly efficient for large block and brick laying projects where speed and productivity matter. As with every W. Rose trowel, the blade and shank are forged from a single piece of uniquely formulated carbon steel — no welding means no internal voids and no risk of the joint weakening over time. The blade is heat tempered using a proven process to deliver uniform hardness from tip to heel, and tapered ground for the right degree of flex. Hand polishing ensures mortar stays centred on the blade and resists sliding off during use. The 6" ProForm soft grip handle (U.S. Patent #D508,638) is contoured to fit the hand naturally, with a textured surface that remains secure even when wet. The hard urethane endcap is ready for tamping duties. Every trowel is individually inspected for blade hardness and consistent sizing. Made in the USA.
