Highland Single Malt 2007 Old Thompson Bros Highland Whisky

70cl / 57.1% / Thompson Bros - Andrew Soetiono aka Whiskyhobo is has a talented hand for artwork for Thompson Bros. Here you can judge a bottle by its beautiful cover with a peated single malt Scotch that’s been aged for 18 years in refill hogsheads. A picnic of nature in a glass, we’re getting charred hazelnuts, herb garden notes balanced with a salty anchovy element and capers in brine. The peat lingers on in this powerful whisky to give an earthy and robust dram.
