Square Solid Brass Mallet Wooden Handle

The Thor Square Solid Brass Mallet is a precision striking tool designed for delicate assembly work where component protection is essential. Manufactured from extruded brass rod, this 2kg mallet delivers positive striking force without damaging finished surfaces or precision-machined parts. The square 44mm face and durable wooden handle provide controlled, accurate strikes for demanding applications. This mallet is ideal for working with highly finished or closely ground machined components across the aircraft, automotive and shipping industries. Tool and gauge makers rely on brass mallets for precision assembly work, whilst heavy industrial applications including bearing installation on earth moving equipment, locomotive assembly and shipping operations benefit from the non-marring properties of solid brass construction. The square face design offers versatility for striking work in confined spaces and precise alignment tasks. The 114mm head length and substantial 2kg weight provide sufficient mass for firm, controlled blows whilst the wooden handle absorbs shock effectively. Note that this tool is not recommended for non-sparking applications despite being manufactured from brass.
