Old Akte Finnish Single Malt Whisky

50cl / 54.9% / Distillery Bottling - This whisky from the Finnish distillery Teerenpeli has been matured a decade in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Amarone red wine casks. The third part of the distillery’s Amarone Cask Whisky Trilogy, it spent longer absorbing the influence of the Italian wine and presents with blackberries, winegums, fudge and soft tannins, wine-like notes on the palate, alongside cocoa and leather emerging towards the finish.
