Magnetic Torpedo Boat Level

The Starrett Magnetic Torpedo Boat Level is a compact spirit level designed for accurate alignment checks in confined spaces and on metal surfaces. This versatile tool combines three-way levelling capability with magnetic attachment, making it ideal for pipework, metalwork, and general construction tasks where hands-free operation is required. The milled top surface features a precision V-groove that enables accurate positioning on pipework and cylindrical surfaces, whilst the magnetic bottom surface provides secure attachment to steel and ferrous metal components. This dual-surface design makes the level particularly suitable for HVAC installation, steel fabrication, and plumbing applications where positioning accuracy is essential. Equipped with vertical, horizontal, and 45-degree vials, this torpedo level allows tradespeople to check multiple angles without switching tools. The compact boat-style profile provides excellent manoeuvrability in tight spaces whilst maintaining the rigidity needed for reliable readings on uneven or curved surfaces. Features and Benefits: • Vertical, horizontal, and 45-degree vials for comprehensive angle checking • Magnetic bottom surface for hands-free attachment to metal surfaces • Milled top with V-groove for accurate positioning on pipes and cylinders • Compact torpedo design ideal for confined working spaces
