6 Piece Flare Nut Spanner Set Metric

The Siegen 6 Piece Flare Nut Spanner Set is a professional metric spanner set designed for working with compression joints and brake line fittings. Manufactured from drop-forged steel with contoured shafts, these spanners are fully hardened and tempered for strength, then chrome plated to resist corrosion in demanding workshop environments. The flare nut design features a nearly closed jaw that grips compression joint nuts on five sides rather than two, significantly reducing the risk of rounding off soft brass or copper fittings. This makes the set particularly suitable for plumbing applications involving compression joints and for automotive brake line work where standard open-ended spanners can damage vulnerable fittings. Each double-ended spanner provides access to two sizes, with the six-piece set covering twelve metric sizes from 6mm to 24mm. The complete range includes 6 x 8mm, 10 x 12mm, 13 x 14mm, 15 x 17mm, 19 x 21mm, and 22 x 24mm spanners, covering the most commonly encountered compression fitting sizes. The set is supplied in a practical storage and hanging pouch for organised tool storage and easy transportation between jobs.
