VS0244 Left Right Hand Brake Piston Wind Back Tool

The Sealey VS0244 is a brake piston wind back tool designed for retracting rear caliper pistons on vehicles with left and right-handed thread systems. This double-ended design allows technicians to service a wide range of brake calipers without requiring multiple tools, making it an efficient solution for workshop and mobile mechanics. The tool features a unique reversible design that accommodates both left and right-handed rear caliper pistons from a single unit. It's supplied with a 3/8" square drive multipurpose adaptor, allowing connection to standard ratchets and breaker bars for controlled application of force when retracting stubborn pistons. Ideal for brake pad replacement and general brake servicing work, this tool is particularly useful when working on vehicles with electronically controlled parking brake systems where pistons must be wound back rather than simply compressed.
