SG18 Air Operated Wax Injector Kit

The Sealey SG18 Air Operated Wax Injector Kit is an air-powered application tool designed for applying wax-based rust inhibitors to vehicle body cavities and hard-to-reach areas. This specialist tool is ideal for automotive body shops, vehicle restoration specialists, and mobile rust protection services where precision wax application is essential for long-term corrosion prevention. The kit includes a selection of lances that enable operators to spray protective wax coatings through small access points and into enclosed body cavities. This versatility makes it particularly suitable for treating door panels, sills, box sections, and chassis rails where moisture can accumulate and cause corrosion damage. Operating at a recommended air pressure of 60-90psi with an air consumption of 15cfm, the SG18 connects via a standard 1/4"BSP air inlet, making it compatible with most workshop compressor systems. The lightweight design at just 1.38kg ensures comfortable handling during extended application work. Features and Benefits: • Multiple lances included for accessing different cavity sizes and configurations • Lightweight construction at 1.38kg reduces operator fatigue • Standard 1/4"BSP air inlet fits common workshop air supply systems • Suitable air consumption of 15cfm works with typical workshop compressors Specifications: Air Consumption: 15cfm Air Inlet Size: 1/4"BSP Brand: Sealey Nett Weight: 1.38kg Recommended Air Pressure: 60-90psi
