SA608 Super Duty Air Ratchet Wrench 1 2" Drive

The Sealey SA608 is a professional-grade air ratchet wrench with a 1/2" square drive, engineered for workshop mechanics and technicians who need reliable pneumatic power for fastening and releasing bolts in confined spaces. This super duty air ratchet combines the precision of a hand ratchet with the efficiency of compressed air power, delivering up to 50lb.ft (68Nm) of torque at a free speed of 200rpm. The composite housing is moulded around a lightweight aluminium alloy core, providing excellent thermal insulation to reduce the chill factor that operators experience with all-metal air tools while maintaining durability and control. The air motor features quality bearings for smooth, consistent power delivery, with a twist-reverse mechanism allowing instant direction changes and trigger-operated power control for precise fastener management. The hardened gear and yoke assembly ensures this tool can withstand the demands of professional workshop environments. Operator comfort is enhanced through a 360° adjustable exhaust outlet that directs airflow away from the user, reducing fatigue during extended use. With a compact 265mm length and weighing just 1.3kg, this air ratchet is particularly suited to working in tight engine bays, under vehicle dashboards, or in other restricted access areas where conventional socket wrenches would be impractical. Operating at 90psi with a 4cfm air consumption, the tool requires a standard 1/4"BSP air inlet and produces relatively low noise levels at 83/84dB(A). Features and Benefits: • Composite housing reduces cold transfer to hands during extended use • Twist-reverse action for quick direction changes without adjusting settings • 360° adjustable exhaust keeps air discharge away from operator • Hardened gear and yoke assembly for professional workshop durability • Trigger-operated power control for precise fastening control • Lightweight 1.3kg design reduces operator fatigue • 3 year guarantee for added peace of mind Specifications: Air Consumption: 4cfm Brand: Premier Drive: 1/2"Sq Free Speed: 200rpm Inlet Size: 1/4"BSP Length: 265mm Maximum Torque: 50lb.ft(68Nm) Nett Weight: 1.3kg Noise Power/Pressure: 84/83dB(A) Operating Pressure: 90psi Vibration/Uncertainty: 0.44/0.22m/s²
