SA32 Twin Piston Air Sander

The Sealey SA32 is a professional-grade air sander designed for demanding bodyshop applications and heavy-duty surface preparation work. Its twin piston configuration delivers power on both forward and backward strokes, maximising efficiency whilst simultaneously reducing vibration for more comfortable extended use. Constructed with a well-balanced aluminium housing and base plate, this air sander combines durability with ergonomic handling during prolonged sanding operations. The 400 x 70mm pad accepts standard 115mm papers or sheets, making it versatile for a range of automotive refinishing and bodywork tasks. Operating at 2400 strokes per minute with a 25mm stroke length, it delivers consistent material removal across large surface areas. Ideal for panel preparation, paint removal and surface finishing in busy bodyshops, the SA32 is built to withstand the rigours of daily professional use. The 1/4" BSP inlet provides standard connectivity to workshop air systems, whilst the 8cfm air consumption and 90psi operating pressure ensure compatibility with most garage compressor setups.
